If you have received a notice of a surcharge due to a conviction on your driving record, visit the Texas DPS Driver Responsibility Surcharge Program website or call 1-800-688-6882 to use the automated system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to obtain account information or make payments using a checking, savings, or money market account.

Payments
Fines may be paid using cash; VISA, MasterCard or American Express (except at the School Attendance Court); personal checks (no temporary checks); money order or cashier's check. Make your checks and money orders payable to City of Fort Worth. A $25 service fee will be assessed on returned checks.
Should you have a change of address, you must notify the court in writing.
You may pay in person, by mail, online or by telephone.
- In person at any Municipal Court location; or
- Use the payment dropbox at the Hazel Harvey Peace Center for Neighborhoods, 818 Missouri St., available 24 hours a day. Only checks and money orders will be accepted through the dropbox, and deposits received after 10 a.m. will be picked up the next business day.

Western Union Speedpay
Payments are accepted through Western Union with the option of paying adjudicated cases (with a plea) and non-adjudicated cases (without a plea). To pay by debit or credit card through Western Union:
- Visit the Western Union site; or
- Call 1-877-313-9357.

Western Union Quick Collect
For parking and Class C adjudicated cases only, payments can be made through Western Union Quick Collect, which offers several options:

To use the Quick Collect service, provide Western Union with the following information:

Extended or Late Payments
You must appear in person to apply for a payment extension; applications received by mail will not be accepted. Complete the extension application and bring it and all supporting documentation with you to the Fort Worth Municipal Court located in downtown Fort Worth. All documentation must be verified by the Collections & Enforcement Unit before you are scheduled to see a judge. Only a Municipal Court Judge can set the terms of an ordered payment extension. A $25 fee will be added if any part of the fine is paid on or after the 31st day a judgment has been entered.
Late payments sent by mail will be accepted and posted, and you will be notified at the address on the ticket if there are additional fines.
